1. Service

Cleaner (the “App”) is provided by Textintel FZE, publishing on the Apple App Store under the name “Torapp”.

Textintel FZE (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”, “We”, or “Us”) provides the following services(the “Services”):

• Scanning the user’s local device storage to identify duplicate photos, similar images, and screenshots.
• Video compression tools to save storage space.
• Contact list organization and cleaning.
• Network speed testing and device monitoring.

Important Notice on Data Processing: The App operates strictly on a local, on-device basis. Your photos, videos, and contacts are processed directly on your Apple device. Cleaner does not upload, store, or view your personal media content on external servers.

2. Access

Access to and use of the App and the Services are provided on a temporary basis and are subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

Specific terms may apply to certain content, products, materials, services, or transactions concluded through this App. In cases where specific terms are inconsistent with these Terms, the specific terms shall supersede these Terms only to the extent necessary to resolve the inconsistency.

Textintel FZE does not guarantee the availability of the App or any of the services offered. We reserve the right to revise, modify, delete, or suspend any content or service without prior notice and at our sole discretion.

We accept no responsibility for any interruption or discontinuation of the App’s functionalities or the Services. Additionally, Textintel FZE is under no obligation to update any information on the App and reserves the right to terminate access to all or part of the App or the Services with or without notice.

3. Copyright Notice

The software, design, and content of Cleaner are the property of Textintel FZE or are used under license from third-party copyright owners. These materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

User Content Rights: You retain full ownership and copyright of the photos, videos, and contacts stored on your device. The App acts solely as a utility tool to help you manage this content.

Unless explicitly permitted, the content (software code, design assets, logos) of this App may not be:

• Republished, rebroadcasted, or distributed in any form for commercial purposes without written consent from Textintel FZE.
• Reproduced, copied, or stored in any public or private electronic retrieval system.
• Altered, modified, or used in any way beyond its intended purpose.

4. License to Use the App

Users may download and use the App to manage their device storage on a non-exclusive basis. However, users must adhere to the following restrictions:

• No unauthorized reproduction of App materials for commercial purposes.
• No modifications, decompiling, or reverse engineering of any software contained in the App.
• No automated use (bots, scrapers) regarding the App’s advertising or analytics systems.

Your use of this App is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

5. Limitations of Liability

The services provided by Cleaner are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Textintel FZE expressly disclaims any warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Non-infringement of third-party rights.
• Data Loss: While the App is designed to help you delete unwanted files, the final decision to delete a file is made by the User. Textintel FZE is not liable for the accidental deletion of photos, videos, or contacts. Users are strongly advised to review files before confirming deletion.

In no event shall Textintel FZE be liable for direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, special, or incidental damages, including but not limited to business loss, revenue loss, or data loss, resulting from the use or inability to use this App.

Any legal action against Textintel FZE related to this App must be initiated within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose.

6. Links and Third-Party Ads

This App operates on a “Freemium” model and may display advertisements to non-premium users. These advertisements may link to third-party websites or apps.

These links are provided for informational/promotional purposes only and do not indicate any endorsement or affiliation with Textintel FZE. We do not assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.

7. User Submissions and Responsibilities

Users warrant that regarding any data processed by the App:

• They are the owner of the device and the content being processed.
• The content does not violate privacy, human rights, or intellectual property rights of others.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Since Cleaner processes your media files locally on your device, Textintel FZE does not have access to your photos or videos.

However, we do collect Analytics and Crash Data. All data processing regarding analytics and technical performance is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Premium Access and Purchases

Certain features of the App (e.g., unlimited cleaning, ad-free experience) require a Premium Subscription.

• Subscriptions are managed via your Apple ID account.
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Textintel FZE and the user regarding the use of this App.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Turkish law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.

12. Refund Policy

For iOS Subscriptions: Since payments are processed directly by Apple via the App Store, Textintel FZE does not have the ability to process refunds directly. Users must request refunds through Apple’s support system at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund eligibility is determined exclusively by Apple.
